Students will dive into a classic story about a bat trying to find her place in a family of birds after being separated from her mother during an owl attack. Students will travel along with Stellaluna on her adventures with a family of birds and discover if she is ever reunited with her mother.
This module offers students opportunities to flock together to learn more about different species of bats and other nocturnal creatures. Students will also use movement and dramatic play to engage with the module’s key vocabulary and the storylines of the texts.
