Product Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy for the Collaborative for Teaching and Learning Google Merchant Store

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

This policy outlines the procedures for returns and exchanges for all products purchased through the Collaborative for Teaching and Learning (CTL) Google Merchant Store.

Our Commitment

The Collaborative for Teaching and Learning is dedicated to providing high-quality resources to support educators. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Should you receive a defective item, we are committed to making it right.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any products unless they are defective. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return process.

To be eligible for a return for a defective item, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased from the official Collaborative for Teaching and Learning Google Merchant Store.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, packing slip).
  • The defect is reported within 30 days of the delivery date.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned defective product, we will send you a replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

We understand that you may occasionally wish to exchange a product for a different item. We are happy to facilitate exchanges for products that are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • The exchange request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team. Once we have received and verified the condition of the returned item, we will process the exchange for the new product of your choice. Any difference in price between the exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly. Shipping costs for the new item will be your responsibility.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return process for a defective item or to request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@ctlonline.org or 502.895.9500. Please have your order number ready when you contact us. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Digital products and downloadable resources.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
