An unusual, and very funny story told through a series of letters between a young boy and his crayons, The Day the Crayons Quit, invites readers to see the world of coloring in an entirely new manner. This module allows children to step into character as the various crayons from the story, investigate the big ideas that put Crayola on the map, and play with color, all while learning about story structure.
