Elizabeth Started All the Trouble takes students back in history to the life of Elizabeth Cady Stanton and her trailblazing ways as she, and others like her, protested for the rights of women during a period when women had few rights. This module will explore the suffrage movement that would eventually lead to the 19th amendment. Students will be called to take steps and use their own voices and bodies to march ahead in support of their own convictions.
